A new solution in the tilt's blocking system is the application of not only an internal, but also an additional external blocking sleeve.
Bronze gliding rings were applied between the blocking sleeves. Their task is to ease the operating on the screw and at the same time to extend the mechanism's life.
The application of a Ø 15 screw with a pitch of 5 mm makes a fast raising of sitting unit possible. |

 The arms of the lifting mechanism were rotationally fastened to the wooden frames of the sitting unit by means of metal brackets, which additionally guarantees the stability and durability of the joint. |

 An optimal solution for gluing the stools legs to the frame is a dovetail joint applied inside the legs. |
