The Kawai CL35 is the 'big brother' of the CL25. It has the newer version of Kawai's Advanced Hammer Action, the IV-F, which allows better dynamic control. Other added features include 2 x 13w speakers, 15 voice, recording function, and 3 fixed pedals. The main difference between the CL25 and CL35 is the better quality speakers, the improved action, and the fixed pedals. This is a great advantage as the pedals are placed like an acoustic piano rather than a pedal on a cable, which is more like a keyboard.

The intermediate CL35 model delivers the same functionality and compact footprint as the CL25, while offering a number of enhanced features. In addition to the larger selection of high quality instrument sounds, the CL35 also utilises KAWAI’ s latest 88-key piano sampling process, with damper effects further enriching tonal authenticity. Moreover, the integrated lesson function and Four Hands mode allows two budding pianists to enjoy practicing the piano in pairs, making the CL35 ideally suited to young families wishing to encourage musical expression within the home.
