Marshall Amplification is a British company which designs and manufactures music amplifiers. Marshall is based in Milton Keynes. Marshall amplifiers are well known and highly popular among guitarists. Marshall amps were originally built as direct copies of Fender amplifiers, but soon incorporated certain traits which made them more favourable to guitarists seeking a heavier sound. Marshall also manufactures lower-priced solid state or hybrid devices aimed at beginners.
Guitarists can spend years looking for that perfect amp sound, but many find it with a Marshall. Considered the industry standard, with years of experience dating back to the '60s, Marshall is the way to go for beginners and professionals alike.
